Fun Flowers with Paperartsy and our August Giveaway

Whop Whop its Friday everyone...... how are you.  Good I hope and ready for the weekend  I was really excited when Darcy asked if I'd like to design a project for the Flower themed Topic 14 over on the Paperartsy blog . It was a big YES from me :-) As you know I've  been making a few notebook holders for a craft fair that's coming up and thought I'd adapt the style to incorporate a bright and cheery panel using some of Jo Firth Youngs latest stamps.  I used Papers from Paperarsty too.  They were just perfect to cover the binder in.  All the info on how to make one is over on the Paperartsy blog along with lot's of other fabulous Flower designs too.   Here's a couple of pics of my shrink me shrink me tag, (Claire Rowlands you got me well and truly hooked lol!!) and the inside of the holder.  Hope you like :-)  With the holiday season upon us I thought a Come Away with me pad, Ephemera cards and a pack of our Folio Album covers would be just perfect

A Rare Oddity :-)

Rare Oddity Folio Album  Well it's the middle of the week and things can only get better lol !!  Hope yours is swinging along.  I thought I'd share one of my new folio album with you today made from the Rare Oddities collection by Graphic 45.  I love all things Halloween and the course in this collection are stunning.  Petaloo flowers always work really well with G45 too, and I've added a few to the cover of my little album to pretty it up. A great little album to give as a gift and takes a couple of sheets of chipboard, a few sheets of card and an 8 x 8 pad to make.  Of course other papers can be used to alter the albums and to make those extra tags and photo mats that we all like to add in.  I use a standard structure for the basic album but each one is different inside. Each one fits into our Folio Album Stand too.  Neat eh!!   lol . Here's a few pics of them both.  The  Project sheet  is available over in our shop if you fancy making one.  Here's a couple m
