Event Organiser Kits altered by Donna Cheryl and Anne, USA  Helloooooooooo my loverlies.  How's your week going.  It's always lovely to receive happy mail from customers and this one came in today from  Donna across the pond in USA.  Donna bought three Event Organiser kits for Cheryl, Anne and herself to alter over a long weekend of craftiness together and used papers from the Botanicabella collection by Graphic 45 to bring them to life. Morning everyone, I had a snow free journey down to Cornwall on Friday but was bombarded by humongous hail stones once I crossed the county line.  Amazing!  It's chilly dull and damp here but the bad weather seems to have blown out to sea so maybe we'll see some sunshine later.  Our workshop yesterday in Bodmin was great fun and enjoyed by all :-)  We painted and stamped fabric, stitched our journal inserts, assembled our books and created fun covers for them before heading home with loads of techniques to use on other projects. Thank you ladies for a great day and enjoy using your journals. Evening my crafty friends, it's gawn right chilly here and just when I'm heading down to Cornwall for a few days with my little sis and a class on Sunday the weatherman has forecast snow.  I've taken Annie's advice packed Rug, shovel, old carpet, large bottle of water, something to eat, sleeping bag a torch etc etc ............ and with all the boxes of kits and my luggage there's no room left in the car for me lol!  OJ ing ........!  I'm really looking forward to Sundays class .  We're making fabric painted, hand stitched journals similar to the ones above that I made last year.  Don't forget to bring your aprons ladies, it could get messy :-)  Here's a few more pics:   The feature images on both books are from stamp plates by PaperArtsy, and hand painted on tissue paper. morning everyone, how are you?  I'm uber excited to see Graphic 45 are re releasing one of my all time favourite paper collections later this month. When I joined their design team back in 2012 I used it for my first design team project and went on to teach many workshop projects with it too. Afternoon everyone, what a great time we all had yesterday snipping up gorgeous G45 papers and creating beautiful projects.  Elaine, thank you so much for inviting me over to host the workshop and ladies thank you for joining me for a really fab day. Evening Everyone, I hope you're first week of the year has gone well.  I don't know about you but it seems like Christmas was months ago.  With H safely back in his alternative home and Oli out and about I've had a fun day here packing away all the Christmas decorations, and the car, ready to head off to Leicestershire to host my first Graphic 45 workshop of the year tomorrow with Elaine and her group of craft ladies.  We'll have our two requested projects well underway by lunch time and hopefully fully finished before we have to pack away late tomorrow afternoon.  So looking forward to seeing everyone.
