A Crafty Piece inspired by Leandra

Paperartsy Lin Brown Jofy Clare Charvill
It's been a really inky fun week or so playing with all the new stamps from JOFY and Lin Brown.  After attending the Paperartsy workshops at CHA-UK a couple of weeks ago Leandra gave me Lins three new stamp plates to take away and play with. Thank you Leandra, they've been stamping away already along with the new one from Jo, thank you Jo too. Inspired by the workshop sample we followed and the new painty techniques I picked up this was my crafty make for my sister and her birthday. She loves sunflowers.

That cheeky caterpillar is so darn cute :-)  I used Rangers black and white enamel to make his eyes pop out.  Will be running a couple of local workshops on this and my little shadow box project in the next few weeks.  Will post more info once I've got the dates sorted.
Ta ta for now, thanks for calling by and chat again soon.

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
