Hobbycrafts Craft Fair, NEC, Birmingham Nov 2012

Thanks to every one who's called into the Ali Caft Stand to say hi. The make and take sessions have been a great success and its been lovely to meet you all face to face.  There are more make and take sessions tomorrow (Sunday) so if your coming to the show do call by the stand (A24) .  I've got lots of my Graphic 45 projects on display for you to look at and Ali has the G45 paper collections for sale on the stand too.

Here's a little something I made for the show. It's an oriental screen made from the Bird Song Collection.  The papers in this collection are really striking and truly capture the feel of the east.  There's loads of adorable images to cut out if you enjoy fussy cutting !!!! :-)

P.S. I will say a prayer for you on Tuesday and I will tell you that my cousin had hip replacement surgery at the end of August and she is now like a new woman with no pain.

  6. Hi Clare just popped by to say what wonderful albums, I did a tag with you at the NEC on Thursday but I bet you are worn out and probably a smidge fed up doing so many of them. Just love Graphic 45 problem is I just buy the papers and then hate cutting into them so I just get them out for a stroke occasionally.
    hugs and best wishes

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
