Ideas with Prima Doll Stamps

On the Boardwalk, Graphic 45, Artistic Outpost and Prima Dolls
If you follow the Ali Craft blog you'll know we've been getting girly with the totally cute Prima Doll stamps that are trending at the moment.  These gorgeous girlies, who sadly have no names were designed by Julie Nutting, a Prima Educator who was a fashion illustrator in her early years, and has now incorporated her artistic talents and passion for crafting into this lovely new range.

Here she is talking about how the stamps came about and making a couple of tags too

For my tag above I combined some of my favourite things.  Graphic 45 On the Boardwalk papers, Artistic Outpost Stamps Beyond the Sea, my Prima Doll Stamp, and some inks for an alternative style of tag. I added a star fish and a crab too for a really beachy feel.

For the tag below I used some K and Co papers I've had for years but not used, and a load of bits and pieces from my ever increasing stash of goodies.  It's got a real girly feel to it and I really enjoyed piecing it together.  Click here to go over to the Ali Craft blog for step by step instructions on how I built it up.

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
