Back to school again...........

Mother Goose Pencil Case
I'm not sure where the last year has gone but here we are in September again, another school year and chilly mornings to look forward too.

A while ago we (the G45 DT members) were tasked with making a back to school project for the blog.  If you've been following along you'll have seen some amazing projects and lots of upcycling ideas.  I decided to get creative with some off cuts of chipboard and the bright and cheery Mother Goose papers.     I wasn't quite sure what would come out of the pile of bits and pieces on the table when I started but was really pleased with this practical pencil case.  I kept is minimal so it could be dropped into a school bag and carried around quite easily. To see more projects and for details on how to make my pencil case click the link here to the Graphic 45 blog.

There's one day left to leave a comment on the "In it to win it" blog post.  just click the link below, leave a few words and you cold win the following giveaway.

Happy Crafting everyone and have a good rest of your week :-) C

  1. Morning Clare, Wow, I love this creation, I have just seen it on G45 Blog, I am always in awe at your fabulous creations. I have just finished the 'Caddy' and I used Le Cirque papers to match with my MDF Money Box, and I have also covered and altered a little music box (a Christmas pressie last year which held 2 blocks of soap) with the same papers to match. You are definitely my 'inspiration'.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  2. Good Afternoon Clare

I love the pencil box - what an inspired and very useful project. I'm gradually collecting the Graphic 45 items on my "wish list" although I suspect this could well turn out to be a never-ending list if they continue to come up with such truly wonderful papers. Thanks for sharing this and enjoy the rest of your day

  7. I found your blog and youtube channel this week and I love them! What an inspiration.
Graphic44 papers (items) are very difficult to find here in Belgium, but this week I was in time to buy some paper pads from an online store in the Netherlands (they are always sold out in no time).
So I bought your new class for Steampunk Spell and I am looking forward to work on it.
