Getting crafty with Graphic 45 at Mullion

Scrapbook Magic Graphic 45 Workshop
I just wanted to share some pics from the fabulous Graphic 45 crafters workshop we all had with the lovely Margaret at Scrapbook Magic in Mullion this week.  It was really great to meet up with all the ladies who came along and thank you all for making the day loads of fun fun and a huge success.   Huge thanks to Margaret for arranging it all too.

Amazingly we did manage to get some crafting in around the amazing refreshments Margaret had laid on for us all from the cafe at Mullion Meadows.  Cakes to die for just kept arriving through the door to tempt us away from our fussy cutting, but we battled through temptation (well not all of us!! ) and did get our Steampunk Spells Zig Zag albums made.  Here's some pics of every one crafting away at the most southerly Graphic 45 workshop held in the UK.

and this is a flat version of the Zig Zag album we made:

If you're a crafter and down in Cornwall on your hols a visit to Scrapbook Magic is definitely a must.  Wonderful shop Margaret :-)

  2. Went to Mullion Meadows (on your recommendation) last Friday and was really miffed when I realised you would be there on Wednesday as I would still be in Cornwall. Magaret is a lovely lady and very chatty and helpful. Well worth a visit.

  3. Oh how I wish I were able to attend one of your fun workshops! Looks like you all had a lot of fun! Living across the Pond is a little too far for me. Now I am going to have to make one of those Steampunk Zig Zag albums! I have yet to make a zig zag album. I have been hoarding my Steampunk Spells paper and that looks like it would be something fun to make and finally use some of my paper. Thank you, Clare for sharing your photos!

  5. I agree with Sieglinde 20! What I would give for a weekend of Crafting in Cornwall! I know what a "francophile" is but I don't know the term for a Brit fan. I watch mostly BBC, read gentle books (Agatha Raisin, etc.) and love YOUR crafting! This album looks like something I must do. Thanks, Clare!

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
