Having fun at Scotch Lodge Farm

I've been out and about this week and joined Isobel and some of her customers at her fabulous farm shop to host a a G45 workshop.  We made a zig zag album from the new Typography collection,  and had lots of fun mixing and matching the collection to create bespoke albums that were all equally gorgeous but distinctly different. Amazing when you all start off with the same pad of paper in front of you.  Thank you Isobel and ladies for making the day a great success. There's a few pics below.

If you're in the Earls Barton area, Northampton way do visit the farm shop.  Whether your after crafting or cake decorating supplies, tasty home produce, or home decor items it's all there. Isobel is also an amazing crafter, and her craft room is full of the most amazing inspiration.  She runs lots of classes including heritage scrapbooking.  Here's the link to her blog and more info on the address, shop and classes.

  2. Hi Clare, Thanks for the 'heads up' on your shows on C&C on Thursday, I will certainly be watching/recording, to see your fabulous creations.
Haha, had to laugh at your comment on the baking, to be honest, I baked that many cakes and then on the day 'ate' so many cakes, Graham and I are 'caked out' ha ha, his sweet-toothed work colleagues keep asking when I'm going to be baking anymore to take in ???? He said we were 'caked out' but maybe in a month's time I may be baking again, huge claps by all ha ha.

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
