Day 2 at the NEC

Hi there and thanks for stopping by.
The show was in full swing today and shopping bags were filling up early.  It was lovely to see so many familiar and new faces on the stand today.  Our make and take sessions were full and we managed to squeeze a few more lovely ladies in too.  Here s a few pics first of Ali and Ian towards the end of the day and then some of the lovely ladies crafting away on their tags.

Darren and Stavros from Jones & Co of Nottingham Ltd called by the stand but declined the offer to take a pew and get crafty with our Prima dolls and JOFY stamps.  I knew I should have taken some cake in with me this morning to tempt them onto a seat.  Anyway here they are wearing their very glitzy poppies.

In between demo's I had a quick wonder about, said hi to ALi and Rob (Mr & Mrs MDF) and Andy and Sandra (House of Zandra) and also got to meet the lovely Paula and Gary on their WhichcraftUK stand.  It was the first time they've had a stand at the NEC and doesn't it look gorgeous.  Packed full of beautiful cards,  loads of inspiration and of course all you need to make them all yourself, including the biggest range of Molly Bloom stamps I've seen. I had to stock up on a few more stamps to add to my collection while I was there, and some of their shaped card blanks. Do call by if your at the show over the next couple of days.

thanks for calling by and catch up again soon ....:-) C

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
