Pop up cards seem to be all the rage in the shops at the moment, so I thought I'd have a go at making one myself. Love how it came out. I used Kaisercraft cardstoock for the bottom section and then Botanical Tea flowers and Banners pop outs, a couple of paper butterflies and the Botanical Tea stamp set for the embellishments.
the great thing about this little card is that it folds flat and can be posted in a little envelope made to fit perfectly with the envelope punch board which I'm loving. We used it on saturday to make the file tab on the side of our Junque Journal. there are so many ways to use it, its definitely a great thing to invest in if you don't have one already. I'll post instructions on how to make one of these cards next week along with how to make bows using the envelope punch board too.
Before I hop off I just wanted to mention that there's still time to leave a comment on our March Giveaway post if you haven't done so already. Here's the link. The winner will be announced here on the blog on March 31st.
Thanks for calling by and catch up again tomorrow with a special post :-) C
Morning Clare, Wow !! I love this pop up card, the papers are gorgeous. I love the 'idea' of these type of cards, especially as they fold flat for posting, but I wouldn't have a clue how to make one. Thankfully you are going to show us, and also the bows, ohhhhh, I'm so excited !!!

Hi Patricia Hope you had a great time at the NEC and returned home with money in your purse lol!!! and lots of new goodies to play with. I did think about calling in on sunday but had to pick Oli and his friend up from the Airport next to the NEC. £1.00 to park the card as opposed to 10 or 15. Enjoy your day and catch up again soon xx

Hope you don't mind but I left you a comment there as did Pauline, who was hot on my trail! Loving the idea of this card and as I mentioned previously I would soooooo love to see a tutorial for this when and if you have the time.
