There's a Circus in town

OMG what an amazing thunder and lightning storm we had last night. It was right overhead hand made the whole house shake.  I thought it was going to fall down at one point.  The weather was so bad I was in two minds whether to drive down to Falmouth as I'd planned   but I bit the bullet jumped in the car and set off just after 7 and arrived at 12. We stayed up chatting for a while so by the time I hit the sack I was shattered.  I'd forgotten what time the seagulls get up - they woke me at 5 with their pesky squawking and when they'd made sure I was wide awake, they flew off to make a racket somewhere else.  I love being by the sea lol!!!

A circus came to town this week with it's Big Top, clowns, acrobats and colourful caravans.  It's arrival inspired me to make just one last pop up card with the Le Cirque papers for my sis (She loves that collection) before I travelled down to stay with her.  She loved it :-)

We're off to Trebah later for a wander with the camera.  Gorgeous gardens that meander down to the Helford River.  Fingers crossed the drizzle blows over to the other coast before we get there.

Well I think that's enough from me so many thanks for calling by, enjoy your Saturday and catch up again soon :-)

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
