Its Crafting Time at Nina s

Botanical Tea Double Photo Frame
I hope you enjoyed your weekend and yesterdays post showcasing Lyn & Karens fabulous samples.
I was up early for a Sunday morn and headed off down Ninas treasure trove of a shop 'ItsCraftingTimes' in Shepreth to run a Botanical Tea workshop with her lovely ladies. I've not been to that part of the country before so was totally reliant on the sat nav to take get me there, and it did ……….  What a fabulous workshop area too, set out on a mezzanine floor with a view across the whole shop.  Definitely well worth a visit if you haven't been already, you could be there for hours browsing through all the products.
We had a great time crafting away on our Junque Journals and threw in a little shopped at lunch time too.  Purely by chance I started to look through a large black album by the till full of the most amazing heritage papers. To my amazement I found the Titanic papers I'd seen at Ally Pally a couple of years ago, didn't buy and have been looking for ever since.  They're part of the Family History and Heritage collection designed by Sally, (who I also got to meet) exclusively for the shop, and are absolutely amazing.  My order's in.

The project sheet for the photo frame above is now available in the on line workshop section of our shop

Here s a few pics from our fabulously crafty day:

Exams have started, H is up dressed and tucking not a bacon sandwich ahead of his first of 19 exams over the next three weeks.  Good luck to everyone taking them.  Enjoy your Monday if your not sitting exams and look forward to catching up again soon :-) C

    1. Morning Patricia, Your up with the lark this morn :-) H has gone of to do his RE exam today. I've found lots of pieces of paper covered in bubble diagrams on all the religions etc. I know its not a GCSE he needs for his goal of becoming a furniture designer/architect but he really enjoys the subject and loves his teacher so fingers crossed he passes. Hope you enjoy your day. Have you got cake baking on your to do list xx

  2. Hi Clare, Such a pretty photo frame, where do you get your inspiration from? Hope all goes well with Harry's exams; no doubt you'll be treading on egg shells over the next few weeks but then it will be Party time in Charvill household. My neighbours have gone on holiday whilst their girls study for finals!! Look on the bright side because when H makes his first piece of furniture you can always decorate it with the latest G45 papers. How brilliant would that be? Hope all goes well for him. Hugs Pauline A x
