Keep off the grass ..............

Its all happenin' down here in Brixham, boats in, fish everywhere and the seagulls are having a ball.  Shame they can't do it quietly lol!!!  I'd forgotten how fascinating it is being by the water.  Our little cottage had a balcony that looks out over the harbour, Marina and Fish Market.  Amazing views.
Yesterday we walked out to one of the last seawater swimming pools in the country. It closed at the end of the season last week but what an amazing place.

While we've been uploading our holiday pics I found this file folder I'd made a few weeks ago.  I'd made the dimensional plaque of flowers and decided to frame it under acetate on the front of the folder to protect it.  All the flowers are stamped with JOFY stamps and coloured using distress inks and water.  I love the soft effects you get using this technique.  Just got to finish the dividers for the inside .........!

I'm loving all these relaxing mornings, no early morning taxi runs.........  Enjoy your day what ever you get up to, thanks for calling by and look forward to catching up again later int he week :-)

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
