Raining Cats and Dogs Album Launch

Raining Cats and Dogs Album Cover Picture Clare Charvill Graphic 45

Helllloooooooo there.  I'm so sorry I've been quiet on the blog and FB for the last few days.  I thought I'd escaped the dreaded Festive Flu that was flying around here in the UK but no, it caught up with me good and proper last week and rendered me totally incapable of doing anything.  I hope it didn't catch up with you.  It's almost gone thank goodness and I'm getting back on track again.

I'm really pleased to finally be launching my latest large photo album, or as Mel would call it a Memory Book which of course it is.  Made using the Cats and Dogs collection by G45 it's a darling of an album with oodles of room for loads of full sized photos, which is what my albums are all about. There's a video driven on line workshop to go with it if you fancy making it yourself, and for those of you who love a project sheet you can print off and work through there's one of those too with all the info you need on what to cut and how to put it all together.  Both have slide shows of all the page layouts and cut out pieces so you can see larger pictures.  Links to both below long with the album video.
Here's a few pics of some of the pages.

  1. Hi Clare, So sorry to hear you have succumbed to the dreaded 'flu' bug, glad to hear you are now on the mend. I haven't had the flu, but all over Christmas and New Year we both had a wicked cold, and it is still hanging on, today I have felt as if I am going worse, I will be glad when it's gone, and the springtime is here. I think I have SAD, these dark days have a terrible effect on me. Bring on the summer. I mentioned to my hubby yesterday, I think I should spend the Summer in this country and the Winter in Australia hahaha, ............... I wish !!!!!
    Your album looks fabulous.
    Take care.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  2. Hi Clare, sorry to hear the flu bug caught up with you!! Hope you are better by now. A margarita a day keeps the germs away!!!! Loved seeing the new album, I just finished up the 3 mini albums for Layla's college room mates as their graduation present and even got them mailed off today!!!! I am so proud of me, next project is By The Sea!!! I always love seeing the new things you do and you give me such inspiration I can't wait to get to my next project. I have been wanting to do an album with the By The Sea papers and I even have a beautiful metal embellishment that will probably go on the front that is a Mermaid. Take care my friend, hope you are feeling well soon.
    Your friend in Arizona,

  4. Afternoon Clare, from a cold and a VERY snowy South Yorkshire. It's been snowing here since about 9.30 p.m. last night with no let up but I'm cosy and warm and enjoying your video of your latest project - which is fab! Do hope you are feeling much better after your recent bout of flu. Take care.

  6. Another fabulous work of art, Clare. You are so gifted! I haven't succumbed to this collection yet (I adore dogs, but am very allergic to cats), but knew I was fighting a losing battle, especially after seeing your album. Thanks so much for sharing.

  7. The album looks great Clare and I love this collection. I think I'd better start small though with a photo frame before attempting an album.

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
