Hellloooooo from Sunny Cornwall. After a great G45 show with Jackie on Create and Craft TV earlier in the week and a quick visit to see Janice and Andy at Sirstampalot I headed down country on Wednesday for Cornwall. By the time I'd done all I needed to do before leaving it was late and dark as I drove over Bodmin Moor. The mist was thick and Annie had warned me to look out for the Beastie of Bodmin (some say there is one) so I locked the car doors, gripped the steering wheel a little tighter and kept my eyes on the road for what seemed like an eternity. I didn't see him but did he see me?
After a real rainy day on Thursday it was bright, sunny and fresh as a daisy yesterday morning as I wound my way through the Cornish lanes to Mullion and Scrapbook Magic for a crafty day of creativity.
Ladies thank you for coming along, we had the best of days snipping and sticking away, Margaret thank you for your fabulous hospitality again, hope you feel better soon and Mary Rose huge Happy Birthday hugs. Here's the birthday girl and all of us crafting our tag boxes into shape.
I'll be back again in September for another workshop so look forward to seeing you all again then.
Today I'm running some make and take sessions at the Cornwall Papercrafting Show at Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club. The shows open from 10am - 4pm so if you're down this way come along and call by. We'd love to see you.

Look at all those faces of happy crafters! So much fun. And I had to smile at the "Beastie of Bodmin." There's a children's story in there somewhere!! Keep your eyes on the road and your hands gripping the steering wheel! LOL Their crafted pieces were beautiful. Hugs and love! Ruth Ann xoxo
ReplyDeletehow brave was you, looks like you have had lovely weather there

Hi Clare, glad the Beastie didn't get you, maybe your new car frightened him away!!! Looks like you had a great time and I know the ladies love it when you come in to town to show them how to do these gorgeous works of art. Take care, wishing I was there having fun too.
