Home Sweet Home

Happy Sunday to you.  I was up early, the sun was shining so I ran the towels through the washing machine hung them out on the line, a first for this year and blow me now its pouring with rain.  Whats that all about!!!..
We have a fun day of crafty gorgeousness to share with you over on the Graphic 45 blog today, including my Home Sweet Home recipe box.  Made for CHA back in January this was a perfect project for these gorgeously bright home themed papers.  We're always spoilt with imaginary in a Graphic 45 collection and in this one we have the most amazing vegetables to cut out and layer up.  Fabulous for home and garden themed projects    Working with just two sheets of each of the eight papers in the collection I went for blues and reds for this project and then added cut out detail on the lid, sides and on each of the dividers in the box.
Here's a few more pics;

The recipe box/photo box is available as a kit on our website and we're making the project on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st March at Birds in the Barn.  If you'd like to come along and join in the fun call Janet 01206 211099 to book your place.
I'm prepping today for two Graphic 45 shows on Create and Craft TV on this coming Tuesday.  If you're able to tune in show times are 11am and 7pm.  The channel details are in the top right hand column of this page.
Thanks for calling by, enjoy what ever you're up to today and look forward to sharing more crafty makes with you shortly :-) C

  3. Hi Clare, This recipe box is fabulous, lovely vibrant colours, and so very useful too.
    My next door neighbour, yesterday, got her first set of washing dry outside. I spent all afternoon yesterday doing my front garden, a first for this year, and my back and neck are complaining bitterly, I could hardly stand last night haha, I can feel another 'soaking' in the bath again this evening, this getting older is no joke at all hahaha.
    Lots of love from Patricia xx
