A great weekend retreat Graphic 45 style

Rare Oddities Bureau by Denise at Clare Charvills Crafters Retreat

Morning everyone, what a great weekend we've just had crafting away Graphic 45 style.  We all gathered at the Holiday Inn, Kenilworth, the home of my retreats, for two and a half days of crafty fun and frolics.  Scissors were flying, and papers were crafted into some fabulous projects by everyone.  Ladies thank you for joining me for our 6th My Creative Spirit Retreat. The event couldn't have happened without help from Isobel at Scotch Lodge Farm, Wendy from Daisy's Jewels and Crafts, Sandra, Darren and John from Jones Crafts and Jane and Karen on Friday and over the weekend.  Thank you all so much.  Our lovely friend Lyn couldn't be with us this time but, Lyn if you get to read this when you're out of hospital we were thinking about you and missed your company.
There were lots of Bureaus being altered in Artisan Style papers, Hillary chose the Precious Memories Album as her project, and with the arrival on Saturday morning of the new Rare Oddities and Gilded Lily collections four lovely ladies crafted freestyle altered their Bureaus in the curiously gorgeous Rare Oddities papers.

The Holiday Inn, Kenilworth did us proud again, thank you to everyone at the hotel for looking after us so well over the weekend.
Our next Retreat takes place on November 20th 21st and 22nd. Projects will have a Christmas theme and we;ll be crafting with the Christmas release to be showcased by Graphic 45 at CHA USA in July. There's a handful of places left so if you'd like to come along and join me for some crafty fun Graphic 45 style click here for more info and booking details.  .
Today's little task is to unpack the car, update the website, ship out the weekend orders and then head back to the hotel to pick up the last of the boxes I just couldn't squeeze into the car yesterday.  Mustn't forget to get dressed first though lol!!
Catch up again soon

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
