Introducing the Craft Maid ...........

The Craft Maid My Creative Spirit Clare Chervil Graphic 45
Morning everyone, it's a right wet one here but no thunder storms yet, or did I sleep through them lol!!  Its been a funny old week here, I've been doing things I should t be doing and not doing the things I need to be doing for my retreat next weekend, but on a positive I have managed to alter my latest product to be added to my Alter Me' range of craft kits.
After years of crafting in next to no space, papers everywhere, no space for the paper trimmer and hours wasted trying to find stuff I"m sure was just there when i saw it last, I found I wasn't alone when talking to other paper crafters. I've looked at many products on the market but couldn't find one that did everything I wanted, or in the right size so I decided to design my own that tidy's everything up off the table, takes up half the room of one 12 x 12 pad and gives us more space to craft and think ........ and here it is............. introducing 'The Craft Maid'

You can stand your papers up by size, flick through them without having them all over the place, store your crafty tools and find them when you need them The drawer is really useful to store the pieces you've cut out and want to save to use later.  I"m sure there are many other uses for it but mines all ready and waiting for the latest papers from Graphic 45 papers to arrive so I can get organised and more importantly get crafting :-)
My finished sample has been altered in truly vintage papers from the Playtimes Past collection by Graphic 45.  A pad I was keeping for a rainy day :-) Today was that day.

  5. Hi Clare, Wow !!! this is really useful and fabulous, and I'm really loving the paper collection you have used.
I hope you managed to get all the things done you need to, I have been baking yet again as it is our Rose Queen crowning tomorrow at Church and we always have a buffet lunch afterwards, so I have made a chocolate cake (it's like 'death by chocolate' hahaha). Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
