A Gilded Lily Workshop

It's a wet old morning here in England, quite a blessing after an uber hot one on Saturday.  I was down  with the lovely Janet and ladies at Birds in the Barn, for a Graphic 45 workshop.  We snipped, stuck and crafted albums and pencil cases using the beautiful Gilded Lily papers by Graphic 45 and laughed all day.  We started off making our albums  and the ladies got quite competitive about who was going to finish theirs first.  With lots of laughs along the way it was Wendy who stuck the last piece of paper into hers just before the 2 o clock deadline.  Then it was onto pencil cases.  More hilarity as Janet showed us how well her lid slid into her case.  Thank you ladies for such a fun day.  Enjoy using your projects.
Loved the matching crockery Janet had picked up for the shop from a local Charity shop and Karens cake was just amazing.  She really is the Mary Berry of Marks Tey.
Here s a few pics form our lovely day.
Wendy left with a couple more of my products to alter too :-)
Enjoy making them Wendy.
I"ll be back in the shop in September.  Will share the date with you once we've sorted it.
No gardening for me today and definitely no need to do any watering so I"m going to start prepping some samples for the G45 shows I"m on in August and get a couple of outstanding projects finished too.  Enjoy your Monday and catch up again soon

I just love everything you do and have purchased many of your tutorials along with following all your Let's Make....series on You Tube. I asked about this project on FB and wanted to know what Pencil Box/Album you used for this one. You told me either one. Can you tell me, Pretty please, which one is the closest to the project above. I so love these blues. Tina in California

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
