In Memory of Mum

Morning everyone, jut a short post from me this morning in memory of Mum who sadly died 40 years ago this month.  Today would have been her 81st Birthday so I thought I'd make her a card to celebrate.  Lily of the Valley were one of her favourite flowers and Sheena's stamps were perfect to create this floral spray.
Have a good day if you're back at work after the Christmas break, thanks for calling by and look forward to sharing some more crafty inspiration with you shortly.

This is a beautiful card Clare, your mother was very young when she passed away, sorry to that you lost her at such a young age. I am sure she looks down and is so proud of you and all your accomplishments. I miss my Mom too, she has been gone 27 years and I miss her a lot. A gorgeous memory honouring your Mum, such a young age to lose your her. I bet it only feels like 'yesterday' that she was with you. I lost my Mum 22 years ago next month, and it only seems like 'yesterday', and I miss her every single day. I lost my Dad in 1974, and that feels like 'forever ago' and I have missed him forever.

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
