Hello my crafty pals, a very Happy Maundy Thursday to you all. Hope you've had a good week and are looking forward to Easter celebrations this weekend. I can't believe it's almost a week since we set up our stand for the Cornwall papercrafting Show. Thank you to all who came along, shopped with us and joined in the make and takes. Huge thanks to Julie for her help in the morning, and Sarah and Peggy for theirs in the afternoon. Here they are caught on camera at the last make and take of the day with my sis too.......
I'll be back at the next show being held at the Lanhydrock Hotel on August 20th, with another make and take so hope you can come along and join us again then.
We had a fun workshop on Sunday creating shadow boxes with PaperArtsy paints and Lin Browns fabulous stamps, and then I hibernated for a couple of days, enjoyed some time with my sis and trundled back to the middle of the country yesterday after a coffee on the beach. It was almost empty, chilly in the wind but one elderly gent braved the chill wind and clad only in trunks and a pair of gloves went for a dip in the freeeeeeezing sea. Brrrrrrrrr it makes me shiver just thinking of it.
There's a few hours left to enter week three of our scrapbooking party. Here's the link to more info and the upload button if you fancy taking part. Tomorrow we'll announce the winner of week 3 and our overall winner from the weeklies, so do call back again then.
Enjoy your eve, thanks for calling by and look forward to catching up with you again soon :-) C
