Enchanting Event Organiser

Enchanted Forest Event Organiser, Clare Charvill Graphic 45
Happy Friday everyone, I hope you've had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend.  I'm feeling a little discombobulated (not sure if thats a real word but love it) after our Welsh workshop last Monday, Tuesday.  I normally work weekends and have the week to be creative but here we are it's Friday and I'm off to run a  two day Graphic 45 workshop at SirStampalot, Peterborough tomorrow.  So excited...... it seems like an age since our last workshop.  If your coming here's a peek at our project ....... well projects.  After assembling and altering the event organiser, there's a file folder (left) and organiser (right) to make too.  Fun, fun, fun................
We're using papers from the Enchanted Forest collection.  This is my take on the project but I'm sure there will be variations made in class which I'll share with you all next week. If you fancy making one yourself.
click here for the Event Organiser Kit
and visit the project sheet section on the website for the instructions
I've gone for my favourite colour combination on my version of the chest, and book spines with cream for the inside top section and drawers with a touch of colour in the shields.
and then decided we needed to do some fussy cutting, so deconstructed the signature sheet from the collection to alter the File Folder cover.
and then picked up on the jade green and a couple of cut parts for the organiser cover.
Hope you like.............
Well that's all from me for today folks, time to get a wiggle on, enjoy your day, thanks for calling by and look forward to sharing our creativity from the weekend with you early next week. :-) C

    1. Hi Tracey, thanks for calling by. I always have that in mind when designing my projects. Of course they look vintage because of the papers I use to late them too. Have a great weekend :-) Cx

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
