Sharing a New Tutorial

Well can you believe it's Friday - this time last week I was waiting to collect my little sis from the station and this morning I dropped her back off to catch the train back to Truro - where has the time gone.  We've had a fab week visiting family and friends, entertaining and enjoying fab food cooked by Annie (high fat low carb style) and lost weight too.  Result :-)   The house seems strangely quiet and surprise surprise it's raining again............ so I've grabbed a coffee and sat down to share a new post with you ahead of what could be a very wet weekend.
With larger sheets to work with its easy to create and cover larger projects with a professional finish.  The album has a floating spine and covers that sit flat as you open the book.  With four double sided pages and the inside of both covers you can create ten scrapbook pages that measure 11 3/4" x 11 1/2 or as I did in the original album five double scrapbook pages from A Ladies Diary Deluxe Collectors Edition. You can personalise the album by adding a picture in the frame on the front or leave the cover plain.
Links to the PDF Tutorials to make the basic album and the full Ladies Diary Scrapbook and pics are below:

We added black and white photos of ourselves to our albums , they really did look fabulous.
If you're itching to get your hands on the new collections from Graphic 45 we're taking pre orders for them over on the website.
I've got so many ideas flying around in my head I can't wait for my Ambassador box to arrive and see them in the flesh lol!!!
We'll be using the St Nicholas collection for a number of projects at my November Retreat and I'll we'll be crafting with the Cafe Parisian papers at a couple of workshops in Edinburgh on 10th  and 14th September. Details of those are on the blog - click here for more info
I'm off to run the hover round the lounge and then collapse for the eve I think.  Thanks for calling by, have a great eve yourself and look forward to catching up again over the next few days :-) C.

  3. Hi Clare, Wow !! Wow !! Wow !! I adore these albums, and 'A Ladies Diary' is one of my all-time favourites.
We have had a fine day today, managed to get all my front garden and part of my back garden done this afternoon, now I've just had a sit down and a cup of coffee and I'm ready for a soak in the bath now, my back needs it hahaha.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  6. Good morning Clare, I too just love your albums and this is another wonderful project. Unfortunately I haven't been around much lately due to back problems and as consequence missed all the fab weather we've all been praying for. I must have been the only person in the UK who was in bed using a heat pad despite the 30 degrees + temperatures! Thankfully I'm back and looking forward to catching up with your recent posts. Take care

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
