Evening my crafty friends. what a great time I've had up in Bonnie Scotland. My first stop was the Marriott, Edinburgh to host an open workshop with a group of loveliest ladies who'd travelled up from across the country. Here we all are snipping into those gorgeous new papers from the Cafe Parisian collection from Graphic 45
Thank you ladies for a great day. Enjoy using your recipe boxes
On Sunday/Monday I joined the traders exhibiting at the this years Scottish Craft Trade Show. Here's Polly checking out my range of kits on my first ever stand before the doors opened on Sunday morning.
All good things come to an end and after packing up and saying goodbye to everyone at the Marriott I headed north to Stirling for some sightseeing before the last of my classes in Tillicoultry. I got to be a tourist for a day and take the boat trip on the Falkirk Wheel and spent a fascinating few hours exploring Stirling Castle .
We had a scream at Wednesdays' workshop. Ladies thanks for making me sooooo welcome, Lesley for organising the day and Annie for the amazing cakes. You should definitely be on the GBBO............:-) Loved all your projects too.
I'll be back in Scotland for more workshops soon so keep an eye on the blog and FB page for dates etc.
The latest collections arrived from Graphic 45 just before I left. Diane and her team have done it again, creating gorgeous papers, themed on the A Side and beautiful all occasion B sides for us to create with. I've used papers from the 'Off to the Races' collection to alter one of my deep mini window box (above & below) and can't wait to create more next week once we've taken Harry ti University this weekend. Oli and Sophie are coming along too to help with the move.
Well my loverlies, that's all for me today, have a great weekend whatever you're up to. I know mine will be filled with laughs and tears................... Thank you for calling by and look forward to catching up with you again shortly.
