Facebook Live Class No 10 The Isabella Index Box

 Isabella Index Box

Hi Everyone, our latest Facebook Live class No 10 is now open for bookings.

The classes run in two parts over a Friday and Saturday eve, and are designed for you to use your own basic supplies and papers from your stash to make the project following a cutting guide released before the event.

The project is the Isabella Index Box. At 7 1/4" high x 4 1/2" deep this little box had flip down sides and the option to customise the inserts from a choice of four to suit the occasion you're crafting for.

Class one covers how to assemble and decorate the box including how to create the outer folding joints and index section inside.  Class two will focus on making up the inserts.  Clare always adds in lots of extra tips and techniques along the way too.

As with all of Clare's projects this is a great class to take whether you're a new or established crafter.  You can join the live classes or follow along after the event at your leisure.

With the class you receive the following:

On Purchase:

  • Full written cutting guide for the project and link to join the Facebook Live Class (digital download)

In the FB Live Class Group

  • Introduction Video with helpful hints about the project - useful to watch before you start cutting papers.
  • How to cut chipboard video
  • Slide show of pictures of the project
  • Class Video 1
  • Class Video 2
  • unlimited access to the FB Live Group after the event
  • a place to share your finished projects and chat with likeminded crafters

For bookings and more information on Class No 10 and previous classes do follow the links below.

The sample project was altered in papers from the Classic Christmas collection by Stamperia.  It takes three 12 x 12 sheets to decorate the outside of the box, three for the inside and then a few more sheets depending on the style of insert added.  Details of papers needed for each insert is given in the cutting guide to help you plan ahead when choosing papers.

If you're looking for gift ideas for birthdays and Christmas this project could be a gardeners seed box, one packet for each month, a year box, a new baby box, a recipe box, maybe a festive one.  Let your imagination run away with you.

We hope you can join Clare from where ever you are in the world for this fabulously crafty class.

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
