If your a follower of mine you 'll know that I've been off work for a while following an op, but my life as a lady of leisure came to an end this week when I returned to the world of totally british beautiful fast fast cars and ones that go anywhere!!  I had a wonderful welcome back from my colleagues so thanks to everyone for making my first day as good as it was.  I thought I'd feel like the new girl, not able to remember anything, but just like riding a bike it all came flooding back :-) Now I feel like I've not been away lol!!!
I cant deny I'm not pleased its the weekend and I've got time to re charge my batteries before attempting another 5 days on the trot :-)

As I've just joined the IndigoBlu team official this week I thought I'd share a couple of tags with you made with stamps from the  Pomp and Pageantry and Grand Tour 1 plates and the ledger background which I really love.

Not just a doodle!!!!!

I had no idea there was a national doodle day, celebrated this year on Feb 8th 2013.

I'm sure like me you've doodled in your time, when you've had a pen in your hand and paper in front of you.  Maybe when you ve been on the phone, in a meeting you've drawn stars, lines, circles, squiggles, hearts...... I've done them all but have you ever doodled something as totally amazing as the doodles below.  I've been a blog follower of Mark, The Male Crafterfor a while and love his crafting style.  But when he loaded up his doodles below I was was so totally blown away I wanted to share them with you all.  Go check out his blog and leave him a comment or two :-)

Can't wait to see more of Marks doodles :-)  Totally shamazing !!!!!!

Vintage Altered Art with Graphic 45

Join Tara and myself over on the G45 blog today (from 1pm GMT) where we're sharing two DT projects made from the gorgeously oppulant papers from A Ladies' Diary collection.  This collection reflects the Edwardian opulence and glamour of high society at the turn of the last century.

My project is an altered sewing box, very similar to the one my Grandma kept all her buttons and ribbons in, as well as her darning mushroom! remember those?

Click here for a sneak peek of my project.

Happy paper crafting everyone:-)

Glorious gift ideas with Graphic 45

Graphic 45 are sharing gift ideas with G45 ers over on their blog today.  Hop over to see more of my french inspired gift box and Sharon Ngoo's Place in Time pocket diary and awsome photo tutorial.

My gift box was inspired by the Toile and striped blue and cream papers in the new French Country collection by G45, the gorgeous packaging of french soaps and gifts and a little extra inspiration from the oppulance of the Hall of Mirrors at the palace of Versaille this gift.
