A Crafty day at the Krazy Crafts 1st Retreat

After and exceptionally creative week that's really stretched the old grey matter, and a disastrous start to the morning yesterday,  I headed off to Redditch to join Anne-Marie and Joe for their first Krazy Crafts retreat.  Anne-Marie had been planning her retreat for months and it was great to be a part of such a fabulous event.  Thanks both for inviting me along as your guest designer:-)  and huge thanks ladies for joining in the paper crafting mayhem :-) We had a ball, cutting sticking and fussy cutting the Time to Celebrate papers by Graphic 45 into one of my new Folio Albums.  It was lovely to see so many new faces, meet up with friends I hand 't seen for a while, and some regular stalkers too; Jane and Bernadette  lol!!! Here's a few pics of everyone for the scrapbooks  taken during the day.

The project sheet for this gorgeous little album is now available to order from our shop if you fancy making it yourself.
I was touched to be invited back next year to teach a two day project at the second Krazy Craft retreat.  Details will be on Krazy Crafts web site and my blog shortly.
I have to go clean today uggh!!!  Enjoy your day what ever you're up to and look forward to catching up again soon :-) C

  5. Good evening Clare, Great photos and as always everyone looks as if they've had a great time. I love your album and wanted to say I really enjoyed your C&C shows which sadly I had to watch from my bed - my back is still causing me problems. A quick question - will you be at the NEC next month? Take care

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
