Happy Valentines Day Mwah xxx

If you've managed to get to your pc under all the chocy wrappers and red roses Happy Valentines Day.  As times run away with me this year I thought I'd share a couple of my vintage valentine projects with you.

I picked up the heart shaped box above from Hobby craft and then rummaged through all my papers for blacks reds and creams to alter it with.  It was one of my early DT projects to be shown on the G45 blog back in May 2012.

The little tag album was made back in 2013 from one of Graphic 45's regular craft tag albums and altered with black ink and February papers from A Place in Time paper collection.  Was a really  cute project to make and I still have it tucked away upstairs.

Enjoy your day, thanks for calling by and look forward to catching up again soon :-)

  3. Hi Clare, Woweeeeeeee, I'm loving this heart box and the tags, colours are fabulous and the gorgeous, gorgeous flowers.
As it's my hubby's Birthday today, Valentine's gets put on the backburner haha, although he always gives me a card, but I make sure that his Birthday is the main 'Celebration' and he was a very 'happy bunny' with his card and pressies.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  6. Hi! Happy Valentine's day! Your box and tags are beautiful. I have a very silly question, if you don't mind answering … I have a strong desire to make, alter, create something, but have it in my head that since I have no papers, embellishments, etc., I can't do it. So my question: is it easier to make something, have an idea what or how you are going to alter, design if you have all of the supplies to choose from? Or am I just not cut out for this as I'm not finding things around the house? Using "found" objects? I'm all alone here, meaning in my area there are no meet ups, or I guess crafting groups. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you so very much!!

For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
