Two days of G45 craftiness at Birds in the Barn .........

Mother Goose Altered Clock by Joyce English
Helllooo there and happy Sunday to you.  I'm just home after two fabulously crafty days with Janet, Karen, Sue and all the lovely ladies at Birds in the Barn.  We were constructing and altering recipe boxes with the gorgeous Home Sweet Home papers by Graphic 45. Two classes over two days, lots of laughs, oodles of tea and coffee and cake, and of course lots of crafting too.
Janet, huge thanks for inviting me down to your shop and Karen thank you for the delicious egg sandwiches (no one makes them quite like Karen) and the amazing cakes, including the one to take home........  yum yum, my favourite.  It was lovely to see everyone again, and meet some new crafters too. Joyce popped into the shop while we were crafting away and showed us her amazing altered clock (above).  It was lovely to meet you Joyce. Happy Birthday Karen too for yesterday, I hope you enjoyed Lord of the Dance and did Michael tap onto the stage?

I'm looking forward to being back in the Birds in the Barn shop in May for two days of crafting Paperartsy Style.  If you'd like to come along and join us call Janet direct on   01206 211099 for more info and bookings.

Here's a few pics from our classes on Friday/Saturday.
We were warmed up by the wood burner in the workshop, that kept us toasty warm all day  :-)
