Well good morning and Happy Sunday to you. I can't believe it's been a whole week since I blogged. It's been a busy one here and an inky, painty, papery one too. Early in the week I was prepping for the first of our Martha Stewart Plaid Paints show on Create and Craft TV with Andy Love on Thursday, and then aster a quick turn around I headed down to Northampton to Isobel's fabulous farm and craft shop for a really lovely workshop with lovely ladies, fabulous food and company. We crafted with the Once upon a Springtime paper collection by Graphic 45 making our altered boxes. I was chauffeur driven too, thank you so much Jane. I felt quite relaxed when we got home despite all the traffic jams we came across. Here's a few pics from our day.
I thought I'd have a day in the garden yesterday but it was cold...... well too cold for me lol!! so I started prepping some samples for the three Graphic 45 shows on Create and Craft TV on Thursday and Friday next week. I know we're gong to have a great time celebrating C & C's birthday. Times and watch live links are top right of the page.
My little sample above is a cute door hanger for a baby's room made in the blue papers from the Precious Memories collection. The featured baby is my lovely Harry - not very impressed when he saw what I'd made as he's now coming up for 18 - but I told him no one would recognise him!!! until I share it on FB and tag the pic lol!!! Through the week I'll share some of the other samples with you. Karen s sent some over too so will definitely share hers.
We're having a lazy Sunday morning here but I"m sure I'll be cutting up paper before the days out. Enjoy your day too, thanks for calling by and look forward to sharing more crafty inspiration with you over the coming week :-) C
