Altered art with Times Nouveau

I hope you enjoyed the bank holiday break.  Old went away so Harry and I had the house to ourselves to get up to what ever we wanted lol!!!  Today it's back to the craft room to work on a Precious Memories album I've had in my head for a couple of weeks.  H has gone back to college and Ols headed off to work the late shift so I've got a few hours to think things through, cut, write and film as I go before they return. Time goes soon quickly these days !
Graphic 45 are sharing projects by Gini and myself over on their blog today. I've gone for a more masculine look for this one and came up with a desk tidy and drawer combination with rolled paper feet. Cut out from chipboard sheets, altered in paint and papers from the gorgeous Times Nouveau papers listed below it was sitting pretty on my craft table when Oli's lovely friend Zac spotted it, really liked it and grinned like a Cheshire cat when I said he could have it.  Now it's sitting pretty on his desk and being used too :-) There's a full supply list below

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
