A Pile of Presents ........................

Molly BLoom Pile of Presents JOFY 40 by clare charvill
This was a fun little card to make.  I haven't done any colouring for ages, am a bit rusty so thought I'd practice on something small.  The pile of presents is a Molly Bloom stamp, the card background is from a card blank set by Paula at Whichcraft and the sentiment is from Jo's JOFY 40 stamp set.
Here's how to make one:
Supply List
6" x 6" card blank
Scalloped card topper - Whichcraft
Molly Bloom Pile of Presents Stamp (MB0042K)
JOFY 40 stamp plate
Copic Chao Markers
YG17, BG72, BG01, BG000, BG02, BG09
YG03, G21, E43, E31, C05
R37, R17, RV42, RV02
Antique Linen Distress Ink
Ink Duster
Black Memento Ink
Glossy Accents and tacky glue
Decoart Crystal glitter
Derwent Graphic Line Marker.03
Start by dusting Antique Linen distress ink onto the card topper
Stamp out the Pile of Presents onto white card using black memento ink and colour in using your choice of alcohol pens or pencils.  Cut out once committed and mount on foam pads.

Stamp and cut out the Christmas wording and colour in using a red alcohol pen or pencil
Draw a dotty line around the edge of the centre square of your card topper using a fine liner.  Add a squiggle of glossy accents around the very edge and sprinkle crystal glitter over the top.
When dry mount the card topper onto your card blank using a little tacky glue
Add your pile of presents and sentiment to your card front.
Highlight bows, heart and wording with glossy accents and leave to dry.
I love the 3D effect on this card.
Thanks for calling by.  We have another christmas themed project to share tomorrow so hope to see you then. :-) C

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
