Morning everyone, jut a short post from me this morning in memory of Mum who sadly died 40 years ago this month. Today would have been her 81st Birthday so I thought I'd make her a card to celebrate. Lily of the Valley were one of her favourite flowers and Sheena's stamps were perfect to create this floral spray.
Have a good day if you're back at work after the Christmas break, thanks for calling by and look forward to sharing some more crafty inspiration with you shortly.

It's 4:20 a.m here, I have been up since 3 a.m. for some unknown reason!! This is a beautiful card Clare, your mother was very young when she passed away, sorry to that you lost her at such a young age. I am sure she looks down and is so proud of you and all your accomplishments. I miss my Mom too, she has been gone 27 years and I miss her a lot. I hope to get started back on my projects soon, so will be looking for inspiration from you!!

ReplyDeleteMorning Clare, This is a beautiful card, love, love, love, it !!
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous memory honouring your Mum, such a young age to lose your her. I bet it only feels like 'yesterday' that she was with you. I lost my Mum 22 years ago next month, and it only seems like 'yesterday', and I miss her every single day. I lost my Dad in 1974, and that feels like 'forever ago' and I have missed him forever.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
