Blue and Green should never be seen....... unless there's a colour in-between

Morning my crafty friends, I hope I find you well this Thursday morning.  It's been another crafty week here at 'Maison Charville' getting the last of the four projects ready to teach at this weekends Crafters Retreat.  We were on tenter hooks on Monday as Oli left to take his extended driving test.  It's getting on for three years since he lost his driving licence and we all had our fingers and toes crossed that he'd get through and be back on the road by the end of the week. YIPPEE he did, so huge congrats Oli.  You've gone full circle and are now flying again xxxxx  I'm having a small celebration myself.....   have just noticed that my You Tube channel has had over 3 million viewers call by.  Not bad for an oldie lol!!!!!   That you to everyone who's followed my crafty video journey over the past four years.
It's been a while since I altered one of my shadow boxes so inspired by the release of the new PaperArtsy paint colours I got out some of Lin Browns gorgeous stamps and had a crafty afternoon creating a new workshop project for 2016. Blues and greens should definitely be seen.  I love how the colours work together.   Here's a couple more pictures.
I thought it would be fun to release a project sheet to go with the shadow box kit if you fancy making one yourself.  Link to be added here next week .............. so watch this space :-)
I've finished the last of the projects for this weekends retreat, love the Steampunk Debutante collection and had great fun mix and matching papers to pages in this mini memory book and box.  Just tipity typing to do today and then I can get on with packing up the car.
Am looking forward to seeing everyone who's coming along to join me for a crafty fix of altered art and paper crafting.  Have a great weekend too, and do call back to catch up on how our weekend went............ ttfn :-) C

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
