Precious Memories

Top of the morning to you.  During my tidy up at the weekend I found a few sample cards I'd made as for Create and Craft so thought I'd share one or two with you over the next few days. Todays card was made from papers from the Precious Memories collection.  I chose the pretty yellows and blues to work with and had a ball (by the looks of things) fussy cutting out the flowers from the 12 x 12 Baby's Breath paper.  Layered up with foam pads the cut out elements created a unique card with a lovely floral garland.  It's a great way to use up those left over bits that we seem to stash away too.  Here's a few more pics.

I'll be back with another share in a couple of days and on Friday we'll be sharing our first winner of our Scrapbooking Party with you, and launching week 2 of our event with a new sketch to work from.  Thanks for calling by and look forward to catching up again soon :-) C

July Giveaway and crafty Weekend in Milford Haven

Morning everyone, Happy Monday to you.  I"m home after a fabulous weekend with Cheryl, Jan and Chris, at their fabulous shop, In House Interiors in Milford Haven.  It was a full house on Friday for our Artisan Style workshop where we constructed, painted and altered pencil cases and albums.  Saturday was demo day and another full house.  Cheryl, Jan & Chris, thank you so much for hosting the event for all your hard work and your hospitality, you really did spoiled me :-)  It's been quite a while since I've travelled over the border to Wales so I was quit excited as I passed the Welcome to Wales sign and then Raglan Castle. For those of you unfamiliar with our isle, Wales is full of magnificent Castles, sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and a gorgeous coastline.  I had to have a quick pit stop to see Raglan Castle. Saw my first Dragon too :-)   After a journey that took me across the middle of the country and th...
