How many Shakespeare quotes were there........... that is the question!

Evening everyone, I hope you've had a great day.  Huge congrats to my lovely friend Karen for completing the London Marathon in a great time.
If you called by yesterday you'll know we had a bit of a Shakespeare theme running through the post with a little challenge to count the number of Shakespeare plays mentioned.  Thank you to everyone who played along, counted up and left a comment.   It's time to reveal all......................
Bit of a sneaky question really there were eight references in all and two plays were mentioned twice so the answer to the question 'How many Shakespeare plays are mentioned.....' was six.  Here they are:
  • The Merry Wives of Mullion (Windsor) - Play Title
  • Margaret, Margaret, where for art thou Margaret  -   Juliet in Romeo and Juliet
  • Much a do about Nothing -  Play Title
  • Double Double toil and trouble - the Witches in Macbeth
  • What's in a name that which we call a Rose by any other would smell so sweet - Juliet from Romeo and Juliet
  • We are merry as the day is long - Beatrice in Much a Do about Nothing
  • 'Can one desire too much of a good thing' - Rosalind in As You Like it
  • 'Tis a very excellent piece of work, madam lady' -  Sly in Taming of the Shrew
Actually nobody guessed six but because I'm so impressed that you all participated that there is a little something for all who left a comment.  If your blog name is below please e mail me at mycreativespirituk@gmail.com to claim your little something.

The boxes and picture frame on the post this eve are my medium and large This 'N that Box Kits altered in papers from the Voyage beneath the Sea collection by Graphic 45.  I love the combination of the Deep Blue Dreams and Steampunk Splash papers.  The larger box has a photo frame on the lid from the Double Photo Frame kit too. Boxes altered by Claireeeee and Photos were taken by Annie :-) The rainbow picture on the box was taken after a severe hailstorm and the end of the rainbow was right on St Anthony's Lighthouse, St Anthony's Head across the water from Falmouth.  Love it.
Annie tells me I'm off to watch the telly with her so I'll bid you goodnight, and hope to catch up with you again tomorrow to share some reveals and announcements are being made over on the G45 blog. ta ta 'til then  :-) C
